There isn't much you can do except buy a longer drying formula. They make epoxy that will take 30 minutes or more to set, and they also make ones that will set in 5 minutes. Find the one that fits your needs!

There are 5, 15 and 60 minute epoxies. Even these don't fully set for 2-6 hours. Warmth will help epoxy to set faster and stronger. If the material allows, place it in a warm area.
