Might as well answer this since there is no answers. GLUESTICKS. they always dry the fastest, though it may not be the toughest glue.
ANS 2 -In my knowledge, Super glue is always fastest.
Kraft glue or elmers glue
Elmer's white glue.
White glue , Super glue . Leave it for about a few minutes for it to dry
There is a type of Krazy glue that comes with a brush in the lid, I would use that.

the school glue that dries the quickest is elmers it took me 35 minutes.

Generally the longer drying times will increase strength.
JB Weld (IMO)
Super or krazy glue almost always sticks the fastest. -Remember though, that fastest is not always the best, many epoxies will give a much stronger joint.
The glue claiming it bonds the fastest would have to be crazy glue. After all, it's said to be crazy how fast the glue bonds from one item to another; giving it a rather funnily thought out name.
Probably a hair dryer....

Because it needs air to start the drying process.
Elmer's glue holds other substances by soaking into their pores and then drying out, creating a bond.
