Turkey burgers can be baked in the oven, fried in a pan, grilled on the barbecue, or nuked in a micro. They can also be mashed together and mixed with the usual ingredients to make a decent meatloaf. Turkey burgers also make fair meatballs with marinara sauce on pasta. Generally, any way you can use ground beef is how you can use turkey burgers.
If the potatoes you are using are fresh then it should only take about 15-18 minutes to cook the french fries thorougly on the grill, but if they are frozen then I would recommend thawing them thoroughly before placing them on the grill.
Up to a year if kept frozen. Meats freeze well if frozen properly. Freeze in an air tight container or freezer paper or bags.

The Smokey Joe is the perfect little camp grill that will last a long time. It is compact but can still cook at least six burgers at a time. I have a red one and it is very nice looking and works great.

They should be refrigerated or frozen if you want them to keep. Generally you should probably eat them within the day if they aren't being refrigerated so long as the weather isn't too warm.

For a charcoal grill, when the coals turn white, wait about five minutes, then put on burgers. For best results, cover the grill with the lid, leaving the grill exhaust ports halfway open. This will prevent flame ups, which can scorch the meat. Check the meat after about six minutes, if they appear done, flip them, and finish them off after just one flipping. Do not keep flipping them, as this allows much of the juice to escape, making the burgers somewhat dry and not juicy.
