Well it will keep forever, however it won't taste good after a couple of months, provided it was wrapped properly and kept at a constant temp.

yes it can as long as the seafood is prepared in a manner of preserving it. ie. smoked, cured.
If the meat were cured, it would last for a few weeks. If the meat was not cured, it would on last for a couple of days.

I think if you keep your hand long enough in a freezer it can get frost bite, but no. You can not get freezer burn from touching a freezer. That requires a long peorid of time.
