Short answer? It won't! Not even for a little while.
Long answer... If you screw up and accidentally pour some unleaded into a fuel tank that is partially filled with diesel, it MIGHT run... IF you haven't diluted the diesel fuel too much. Back in the old days, truckers would sometimes mix a little gasoline into their diesel fuel in the winter to help prevent low-temperature gelling. These days, diesel fuel is winterized seasonally, and most diesel trucks and cars come with fuel system heaters to prevent gelling anyway.
If is not Diesel IT DOSE
Any diesel fuel is unleaded. There are summer and winter diesel in some countries. Diesel on cars work till 400000 - 500000km if the owner takes care. On ships it may last 50 years. If you are asking about a diesel engine running on unleaded gasoline (petrol) it will only run for a manner of minutes, if at all.
Yes. Unless its a diesel.
It will do damage to a diesel engine. Drain the tank and flush the fuel lines. Do not run this engine with unleaded gasoline in the tank.
Will cause engine damage If large amount in tank car will not start or run
.Mixing a small amount of oil in the diesel fuel will not hurt a motor. The motor will run rough and produce black smoke.
It depends on the model and the specification of what you have. A car filled with diesel that is supposed to have regular unleaded is not going to run at all.
Put diesel fuel in a gasoline vehicle and it will not run at all.
motor will not run completely the correct way. motor my not be as strong any more
NoNo
Any Japanese petrol driven motor vehicle made post 1985 should run on Unleaded without modification
Diesels never had a carb, they are all injected in some form or fashion. If you were to run a diesel with a high concentration of gasoline, you will find it does not run well if at all, and it can cause damage to the injection pump.
