In order to be a layer, you have to have a Bachelor's degree, pass (with a high score) the law school admission test (LSAT), apply to a law school, be accepted and likely go to school at least two years full time to be eligible to site for the bar exam, which you have to pass to be licensed as a lawyer. You should figure 7 years after High School.
I've been looking into some law schools/colleges because I'd like to persue my dream into becoming a prosecuter. I know that you need at least four years of college to get your doctorial degree.
