You will need to lower your entire body fat percentage in order to see a six pack, as fat spreads out over your entire body, not just in pockets in certain areas that you can get rid of with specific exercises.
If 50 to 100 sit ups are accomplished each evening some positive results will be seen. Abdominal muscles will become more toned and back and shoulder muscles will be strengthened.
It all depends of repetition and how big you are, if you are skinny and you do 100 sit up each night you will probably get it in a week or so.

depends on what excericeyour do budy, need more then sit-ups, have a mix of running and sit-ups with a medicine ball as you g down put ball on each side of your body (next to your face) then back up, but running really does help, its an overall muscle toner...hope i helped a little.
