Let's say you are losing a healthy amount of weight a week.. 2 pounds sounds good.

It would take you around 82 weeks to lose 175 pounds. That's around 2 and a half years.

If you are losing weight the healthy way-clean eating, cardio and strength training-you will notice a lot of difference with not that much weight lost.
