Starving yourself is not the answer, it will only make you sick and do permanent damage to your internal organs. A well balanced diet (see your doctor) and exercise are the only true ways to achieve your goal weight and rid yourself of excess belly fat.

I recommend you don't starve yourself! It make's you put on weight, im unhappy with my weight too ATM and im actually looking up how to make yourself throw up, im changing my mind wen i see the stories of aanorexic and bulimeia's, i recommend u see it too, i no its horrible wen u don't like ur weight, and i hope u make the right desicion, im losing alot of weightt too by not snacking and excersing, dance and jogging is good.
