There is a theoretical route to walk from UK to the US. Although the UK is separated from the rest of Europe by the English channel, there is a walking route through the tunnel from Folkestone to Calais.
At Calais, walk East to Moscow. Then walk East a lot more until you reach Egvekinot in the far eastern reaches of Russia. Walk another 200 miles East until you reach the Bering Sea. Now wait for Winter.
Once Winter has arrived, keep walking East some more across the now frozen Bering sea. After only 30 miles or so, you will find yourself in Alaska, US. If you walked at a brisk pace, you might get there in under a year.
A word of advice before you set out: The channel tunnel is very well guarded. It's not wise to try to walk through it. More important, the region around the Bering Sea is one of the coldest and most inhospitable places in the world. It will take more than a woolly hat to survive the area in Winter.
That depends where in Russia you're starting from. If you're going from Big Diomede to Little Diomede in the Bering Strait, not very long at all.
about 62 days. but it kinda depends, on how the sea was behaving.
That would depend on where you start your flight from.
