I make it 6: Mary I, Elizabeth I, Mary II Stuart (Yes she ruled jointly with William III, but she was Queen as opposed to being the Kings wife, if I can make that distinction.) Anne, Victoria & Elizabeth II. Matilda who fought against King Stephen I do not think was ever Queen as such. And of course let us not forget the first one of all, the tragic Jane Grey.

Actually, that makes 7: Jane, Mary I, Elizabeth I, Mary II, Anne, Victoria and Elizabeth II. But from that you must take away Victoria and Elizabeth II whowere never Queens of England and part of Queen Anne, who was only Queen of England for the first part of her reign. So 7 less 2.5 makes 4.5. But let's call it 5 for neatness.
