Are Mayans Mexican?
Some. Mayans have enhabited Mexico for thousands of years, including Guatemala, Belize, El Salvador. Nowadays, there are many people of these countries with Mayan ancestry but then, Mayans cannot be considered only Mexican; also Mexican people cannot be considered of just Mayan ancestry either. The primary Mexican nation was the Mexica nation, which came later. They established their capital Mexico-Tenochtitlan and reigned an empire encompassing many other Native American groups under the umbrella Mexica, including many Maya groups.

Asked in Jessica Alba
Is Jessica Alba part black?
Jessica Alba is of Hispanic and European. US chat show host George Lopez DNA tested her and announced she is 87 per cent European and just 13 per cent Native American. There was not a significant amount of Sub-Saharan African Ancestry for her to be deemed "part black." Her mother is of Danish and French Canadian descent and her father of Mexican American descent both of her father's parents are native born US citizens. Many "one drop" fanatics want to claim her as "black" but her DNA and birth certificate has the final word not those who want all her other ancestry excluded because of very, very distant rumoured "non white ancestry." Only a white supremacist thinks that way.

Why were thousands of Mexicans in the US sent back to Mexico in the 1930?
Racism. The Mexican Repatriation is a dark chapter in American history referring to 2 million people of Mexican ancestry being forcibly expelled from the United States. It is stated that 1.2 million of those were American citizens. The rationale was that due to the Great Depression, the easiest way of saving welfare money was to free jobs for "real Americans". These deportations occurred without due process, and many people were expelled just because of the color of their skin.
