Ok well i just checked her B.M.I which stands for Body Max Idex her B.M.I is 21.0 placing her at the 75th percintile. She is at a healthy weight. For her to be at a risk of becoming overweight she would be at the 85th percintile. For you to take a look for yourself go to Google and type in child and teen B.M.I and click the first website on the page.
Well im a 17yr old girl and im 5'5" too so... I try to eat about 1500 a day. Bearing in mind I don't do very much exercise I find it pretty easy to lose weight/maintain weight on that (about 125 lbs). But if you do more exercise like go to the gym/walk a lot I'd say you need about 2000 calories. Actaully I think that's about right. 2000 calories because you're 14 as well so you're still growing so you need more. But good calories. Like vegetables and fruit and carbs. And chicken. Its lean. Good luck!!
You shouldnt be calculating your amount of food take in at that age because you are still growing so you need to give your body alot more nutrience that an adult would so it can grow.
And as long as you are eating healthy meals every day and exersising for at least an hour every day you will have a healthy lifestyle!
I'm fourteen to just so you know...and I'm also 5,9 so thats wierd ha! Hope this helped:)
My best answer for you would be to go to a dietician(if that's spelled correctly) to get that answer
you should be eating about 2,000 calories a day because you're a little to small for your age group so you need to make sure your getting all the right nutrition
Yes but it should be a written consent and It also depends how old is "older"/
500 a day
i too did some research on dat and found the average weight for a 14yr old is 63kg (not approximat)Another person....I think around 130 pounds, to , 145?
It depends on height and weight, but in general, the recommended calorie range for someone that age trying to lose weight would be anywhere from 1,500-1,800 calories a day.
Depends on the state
do it in public, or make it into something extravagant. This will show the girl that you really care about what you're saying.
The ideal weight of a girl aged 3.6 years should be twelve kg.
The recommended calorie intake varies a little based on height, weight, activity level, body type, and a few other factors. As a 12 year old girl your still growing so about 1600
Maybe because me and Ryan are really good friends.
i am also 5"8.
I am a girl my heigh is 153 cm what should be my weight
a normal amount of food. That weight for that height and age is normal. If you are asking for calorie count, I am not for certain. But the average person should eat at the most 2000 i am pretty sure. So you being the normal weight and height for your age should eat 2000 calories.
