The housefly is not listed among the "edible" insects. But those that are, provide between 100 and 200 calories per 100 grams of insects.

An adult housefly weighs between 10 and 12 miligrams, so you'd have to eat some 10,000 of them to get your 100 grams and 200 calories - first assuming they would be edible at all. You need about 2,000 -2,500 calories per day, so insects - even thousands at a time - can never be more than a snack.
