I called Neo Citran and they told me that one packet of Cold and Flu lemon flavored powder has 50 calories. March 12 2008 To extend this answer further I have the following information obtained from Novartis Consumer Heath Canada the makers of NeoCitran. I work in the healthcare field and required caloric counts on each product. My first search brought zero results with exception to here so I called the company themselves.
