So if your intake is 1381, just eat enough that it takes into account how much you also burn off that day with exercise (e.g. if you burn 200 calories on the treadmill, then eat 1581 calories that day). How much you burn is dependent on your weight and effort - be wary of what the machine reports because if it doesn't ask you to input your weight, the calories-burned report is likely based on 150lbs. There are a number of online calorie-burning calculators that you can Google that tells you how much you would burn with each exercise.
