Figure a pound to a pound and a half per person (for all food served) --average 11/4 pounds per person. Half of this will be the entree the chicken. So...
200*.625=125 pounds of chicken (if chicken is all that is in the meal)
Guesstimating that you will use about 1/2 lb of chicken meat per dish (including seasoning, and other ingredients), you could round that to 100 to 110 pounds of chicken.
Although this was not part of the question:Forgive the assumption, but I'd recommend mixing white and dark meat for health, taste, and your financial benefit. Breast meat is expensive, and you can save funds buying it bone-in and skin-on. You can save more by purchasing legs and thighs with the skin on. Of course, purchasing it this way, you will need to buy about 1/3 more by weight, meaning that 125 pounds becomes about 167 pounds, or round that up to 170. If you contact a butcher in your area (I know they're rare), you might be able to save even more. Also, although you are probably already aware of this, boning the chicken can be easier if you boil the lot first and let it cool.15
i would say about 100 chickens to feed that many people.
One chicken for 3 people = 183 chickens.

As many as they have the time to.
I would use about 20-21 depending on size
