If we want to find how many cups of cooked rice in 10 pounds we do some math. If 1 pound equals 2 1/2 cups of uncooked rice then 10 pounds equals 25 cups of uncooked rice. There are right at about 2 1/2 cups of uncooked rice in a one pound bag. Perhaps a teaspoon more, but the difference isn't worth mentioning for kitchen work.
