You either have the 4.0 liter single overhead cam V6 engine which has ( 6 ) cylinders
or the 5.0 liter V8 engine which has ( 8 ) cylinders
If you look at the VIN ( Vehicle Identification Number ) on a sticker on the end of your
drivers door or on a metal tag located on the dash at the base of the windshield on
the drivers side ( look through the windshield from outside ) the 8th " character " of
the VIN is the engine code . " E " means the 4.0 liter SOHC V6 engine and " P " means
the 5.0 liter V8 engine
