As of June 26th, 2010 it will be the 68th day of the oil spill, and each day more and more oil is being released and destroying life all around. What a terrible tragedy.
This is a terrible tragedy, this will effect EVERYTHING. The food chain, and all the innocent Animals, and people- amandap11This depends on the oil spill. The BP oil spill began on 2010 April 20, with most of the spill being stopped on July 15. However, some oil continues to flow today.

It won't. Ok, nothing is 100% certain, but no oil has made it out of the gulf coast, so dire predictions that the oil spill would enter the loop current and in the 2-3 days make its way to the Atlantic Ocean, has yet to occur. Oil in water tends to degrade and disperse with time, resulting in less total oil and in lower concentrations in the water.
It appears unlikely the oil spill will affect the eastern coast of Florida. I am not saying that it is impossible, as there is no such thing as 100% certainty with oil spill forecasts. The oil has in the past 68 days not entered the loop current. This has kept the oil in the gulf. Oil in time degrades and disperses, to the point were the concentration is nearly undetectable.
If you spill water on your PSP, first and foremost, do not try to turn it on. This can short out the circuit board. Let it air dry for a few days. You should also allow the UMD door to stay open to allow moisture to escape.

The oil spill continues to exist to the present day.It started April 20 2010
One of BP's oil rigs exploded, damaging one of the oil pipes below the surface. Stopping the spill took so long because it was very deep, and high pressure amounted that far down. This caused clogging the pipe to take some 72 days.
This depends on which oil spill is being referred to. See related questions.
No. Seen from either pole, the moon is continuously below the horizon for roughly 14.8 days, followed by another 14.8 continuous days when it's above the horizon.

It is unlikely, at least for the immediate future. When there are so many variables involved, it is very difficult to predict. Wind and gulf currents are important factors which do not remain constant. To enter the gulf stream, it must first enter the loop current. So far, the oil spill has not entered the loop current, at least in noticeable quantities. The longer oil stays in the gulf, the better as natural forces will degrade and disperse the oil. A forecast of the next two days movement is attached. Note the colors in the graphs are ocean surface temperatures.
