There are 3 grease fittings on a 2002 dodge 2500. Once the aftermarket joints are installed the number increases depending on the joints installed.
More than likely their are none, go to the local tractor dealership and get yourself a grease gun needle and peirce the boots to grease it. i have a 2003. grease fittings i know of are on the ball joints of the upper control arm and the lower control arm, on either end of each tie rod, on top of pitman arm, on top of idler arm.
Check the ball joints, and tie rods. Those are the only places that have had zerks in the last 10 years.
