How many inches can you expect to lose from a body wrap?

it depends upon the body wrap, if your wrapping yourself in selafaine or plastic wrap, its a myth and will not work, if you would llike to loose inches from your waist try a corset find one that's only 2 inches from your waist (smaller of course) wear for only a couple of hours a day have someone help you with the laces, by one year of use you can loose up to 5 inches off your waist but be careful not to tie it too tight people have lost conscieness, from laces too tight it takes time to get used to , but I've been wearing a corset since i was 11 years old and have a 26 inch waist and i have two children and am a registered nurse i work in my corset, but it takes about a year, you could also try a gurtle, or find underclothes made with spandex, to minimize giggle, i know how it is, now i have a very flat belly that my husband cant keep his hands off of. so best of luck to you on whatever one you choose, remember the important thing is to make yourself happy....;)
