I own a 94 Century my manual says: 3100 SFI V6 Pan removal & replacement 7.4 qts/7.0 liters. After complete overhaul 10.0 qts/9.5 liters If it's a 4 cyl 2.2L eng. its 4 qts/3.8 liters for pan removal & replacement & after complete overhaul 7 qts/6.6 liters. Hope this helps.
4 quarts My understanding is for an 2000-2003 Automatic transaxle Neon it is 4.0 Quarts (3.8 Liters), for an 2000 Manual Transaxle Neon it is 2.0 to 2.3 Quarts (1.9 to 2.2 Liters), and for 2001-2003 Manual Transaxle Neon it is 2.5 to 2.8 Quarts (2.4 to 2.7 Liters).
