The average middle school child eats a lot ,because he/she is growing and needs the energy. Ideally the child should be encouraged to eat a good breakfast containing some protein (such as yoghurt, bacon, eggs, sausage, cheese...) and complex carbohydrates (such as pronutro, all-bran, muesli, whole wheat bread, whole wheat muffin...) and diary (such as milk, yoghurt, cheese...). Encourage a child to eat breakfast by getting the whole family together early in the morning and making turns to help prepare breakfast.Set a good example by eating breakfast yourself. Lunch should be healthy and contain nutritious foods. Limit sweets to twice/ three times a week and give small portions. If you are too busy to prepare a cooked meal for lunch, pack a lunch box with whole grain bread/ muffins. add a cheese wedge, dried fruit, a whole fresh fruit, frozen yoghurt tube... keep it as healthy as possible. Try to cook at least one cooked meal a day. It could be made quickly if you're super busy- such as Mc Cain vegetables, I&J chicken breasts/fish that you just pop into the oven and eat 15 minutes later. The child should also be allowed 2 to 3 snacks a day. Ideally between breakfast and lunch, lunch and dinner and after dinner. Snacks shouls be ultra healthy like a cup of air-popped salted popcorn, dried fruit, fresh fruit, fruit juice, yoghurt. It is good for the child to have 3 balanced meals, 2-3 snacks and to learn to drink lots of unflavoured clean water when he/she is still young. Children should be teached what an appropriate food portion is - not too big for them to eat up. But a child should never be forced to clean his plate when he is already full.

Assuming the year is not a leap year and a person eats an average of (or exactly) 3 meals every day, that would be 1095 meals in a year.
on average 2 1/2
The middle number is the number in the middle. If you mean average, you add up all the numbers then divide by how many numbers there are and that is the average.
There are many books of Diary of a Wimpy Kid, but it's mostly about Greg Heffley (the boy in the book) and his life as a wimpy kid. A boy and his diary about his unfortunate, unlucky events as a middle schooler.
an average person eats 6times a day 3 big meals and 3 snacks
Well the average American can probably do no more than forty, but I am a high-schooler, and I usually set the curve in my classes for the sit-ups in 1 minute, and I can bust out 64 or 65 on a good day.
