This is a Honda only code which means you have a random cylinder misfire. If you have not replaced the Spark Plugs & Wires, do so now. Use OEM spark plugs.
They should be replaced at around 100,000 miles. The cam belt on your 2003 Honda must be replaced at 110,000 miles. As long as the engine is running fine I would replace the spark plugs at the same time. Also replace the water pump at this time. This is an interference engine, and as such if the belt breaks you will have serious engine damage.
It is not a V4 it is either a I4 or V6. Honda recommends you replace the spark plugs at 105,000 miles. As the cam belt on a V6 must be replaced at 110,000 miles I would recommend you replace them both at 105,000 miles. If you have an I4 then there is no belt to replace so I would recommend you replace the spark plugs at around 100,000 miles. Be sure and use an OEM plug. This is also a good time the service the cooling system.
check the gappings of your spark plugs, it must be uniform.
If it is a V6, the cam belt, water pump, spark plugs, coolant, and thermostat, should have been replaced at 110,000 miles. If you have not done so, know that this is an interference engine. If the belt breaks you will have engine damage. If it is a 4 cylinder the spark plugs, coolant, & thermostat need to be replaced. Have brakes and suspension inspected.
It is recommended every 30,000 miles.
Spark plugs and wires should be replaced after 60,000 miles depending on the type of driving and the location where you live and drive.
