I mole of copper hydroxide is 98g (64 + 16 + 1 + 16 + 1)

So 68g is 68/98 moles

= 0.694g

I have used 64 for the ram of copper. Your list might use a slightly different value, so substitute that.

molar mass of copper(II) hydroxide, Cu(OH)2 is 97.6 g/mole. Thus...
68 g x 1 mol/97.6 g = 0.696 = 0.70 moles (2 significant figures).

The molecular weight of sodium hydroxide is 40. Therefore 0.150 moles would be 40 x 0.15 = 6g.

How many electrons in 2.9 grams of copper?

i havent got an elements table in front of me but here is how you do it: figure out how many moles is 2.9 grams of copper by using molecular wieght, then simply multiply so: No of moles* No of atoms in one mole* number of electrons in one atom of copper (which is the same as the No of protons...)

How many grams of solute are required to make a 918 mL solution of sodium hydroxide with a concentration of 0.4922 M?

Molarity = moles of solute/Liters of solution ( 918 ml = 0.918 liters )rearranged algebraically,moles of solute = Liters of solution * Molaritymoles of NaOH = (0.918 l)(0.4922 M)= 0.45184 moles NaOH=======================so,0.45184 moles NaOH (39.998 grams/1 mole NaOH)= 18.1 grams sodium hydroxide needed============================
