None. Members of Congress (Senators and Representatives) can't be impeached. They can be expelled by their own house, but only if they commit a very serious offense (like treason or accepting bribes) and two-thirds of the Senate (or House) votes for expulsion.
Willliam Blount, a Democratic-Republican Senator from Tennessee, was impeached by the House of Representatives in 1798. The Senate, however, dismissed the charges for lack of jurisdiction. The Senate did expel him for treason. Since then, no member of congress has been impeached, with congress relying on its internal expulsion process instead. The question of whether or not a member of congress is "A Civil Officer of the United States", and thus subject to possible impeachment under the US Constitution, has not been settled.
Two president's have been impeached. Andrew Johnson and Bill Clinton were impeached by the House of Representative and acquitted by the Senate.

The U. S. Constitution does not specify who is to swear in the U. S. Presidents and Vice Presidents, but traditionally it has been done by the Chief Justice of the U. S. Supreme Court.
If the President dies in office, resigns his post, or is impeached and removed, the Vice President steps up to become President and complete the term.
I'm not sure which "80's" you're talking about. in the 1880's three presidents died. Ulysses Grant in 1885, James Garfield in 1881, & Chester Arthur in 1886. in the 1980's, no presidents died.
