Many, and the numbers could be in millions, so it is very hard to keep a track since most of them are unaccounted for or not registered with the concerned authorities. We could say that everyone with an access to the internet is under the threat of being cyber bullied.
I will bet most don't say a word. They are afraid that saying so will cause more bulling. Even adults are bullied and don't say anything.
