I heard from my USA auto insurance provider, Liberty Mutual, that the average "American" (I guess meaning USA citizen?) locks their keys in their car twice a year. I guess I'm about average! Thank goodness!!! ... for a moment, I worried that I was below average. ;-)

Why doesn't the driver's door lock when lock button is pushed on Audi a6 All others lock..?

On many cars, the driver door does not lock with the others if the car is in park (when the key is in the ignition). But, it works fine when you put the car in gear. This prevents you from locking your keys in the car.

What is causing the locks and rear windowhatch in your 1998 Chevy blazer to lock and unlock themselves when the car in running as well as when it is off?

If the locks and rear window hatch on a 1998 Chevy Blazer lock and unlock by themselves, there is probably a problem with the fuse or a short somewhere. The locks are supposed to lock when the vehicle gets put in gear. Perhaps the system that tells the locks when to lock is not working properly.

Why does the information display stay lit when you turn off the ignition and lock the car this is a company car and there is no one to ask?

Check the owner's manual first, then the manufacturer's web site. Many cars have a feature that allows the lights (including the dash lights) to stay on long enough to get out of the car and inside your destination before turning themselves off. Many are adjustable if you find out how.
