More than you can imagine if you get a lawyer. It's a hard one to prove, but a lawyer can almost always win the case. It's tough for any company to win on this one. Marcy Since the EEOC doesn't accept a case unless their investigation supports the claim, an awful lot. And even more settle out of court for nice sums of money.
