Probably fruits, since it's sweeter. However, if you want to lose weight, it's probably better to adhere to a vegetable diet. Fruits contain a lot of sugar. Vegetables rather contain cellulose like all plants, and cellulose is beneficial to the body in weight loss and skin rejuvenation (sp?).
