Starving oneself is a bad idea. If you really want to know how much you'd lose if you're starving yourself for 5 days, it depends on your weight and metabolism but ultimately you probably won't lose anything but water weight. If you need to lose weight speed up your metabolism with drinking three cups of green tea a day, but not after 6pm, work in some fiber with 5-6 servings of fresh, raw veggies and fruits, lean proteins, and low-fat dairy (stay away from sugary yogurts!). Check the labels on everything that you're putting in your body, and treat it well- please don't starve your body. Eat in small portions many times a day, and also do 30 min of cardio in intervals, both of those things will speed up your metabolism and keep it going through the day. Try doing yoga for an hour a day- it promotes lean, long muscle tone, helps with your posture, and most importantly it help connect with and respect your body... and that's what matters the most.
well, the first and second times you do it, you lose about 2/3 pounds, but after doing it a third time, your body begins to stop functioning and you cannot absorb nutrients properly, this results in a pregnant looking abdomen for 1 month unless you go to hospital. dont do it.
