  • It depends what type of exercise you do but usually it's about 6 pounds, more or less.
  • 1-2 pounds a week is a good goal. 6 lbs a week is sweating off water- which will come back as soon as you drink water.

You can lose a lot more than 2 pounds of weight per week though. Anything more than 2 pounds would most likely be muscle or water
