about 6 to 6 1/2... i suppose you area talking about a Chevy motor
Im sorry but that is very wrong. The Chevy 4.3l v-6 takes between 4.5 and 5 qts. Start with 4.5 and then add if necessary.
Everywhere I've read says between 4.5 and 5 for the 91 4.3l engine found in S-10s and Blazers. If you're ever not sure, ALWAYS start with the lower number. Too much oil will kill your engine fast.
