i am 80% sure it takes 6 qts but to be safe start with 5 qts. it definitly takes atleast that much. it you put 6 in to start with and then find out its too much you can drain the extra qt out, it wont hurt anything it will just be a pain in the butt.
It takes 6 qts. Be sure to fill and prep the oil filter first.
