5.8 L, not sure what that is in quarts, put some in and check the dipstick, add if needed, if you dont know that, maybe you should leave your vehicles servicing to the professionals
6.5qts of regular oil, depending if you fill the filter first or not. You can also switch over to synthetic oil in the 2004 GTO. (MOBIL ONE)
