there is a common saying that "abs are made in the kitchen and muscles are made in the gym". to develop your abdominal muscles you need to do more than just sit ups. your "core" is made up of a number of muscles all of which help increase your abdominal definition. plank, leg lifts, knee raises, yoga, slam ball and medicine ball work. all of these will activate and engage core muscles. fueling muscle growth by eating a balance of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates throughout the day including pre and post workout meals is equally critical to accomplish your goal.
work with it for about a month ,lounging it ,riding it. or send it to a trainer
It depends on the amount you smoke in one sitting, and the amount of THC in the weed you smoke. It also depends on how skinny you are.
If you had one at the beginning and the other near the end it doesn't matter, that's close enough to one month apart.
5 months :)
Does it matter? the baby is already 7 months old!
No it still was not it will be next month!
BE YOURSELF! :-) trust me.
They should, because at that age they're already start to eat more "harder" foods.
No, unless it is a small amount of weight gain from building muscle through resistance training. Muscle weighs more than fat in terms of volume, as muscle is much more dense. So if you have just began an exercise program and you are incorporating resistance training such as weight training into your exercise program, then you may notice a small amount of weight gain in the first month, however if you are already overweight, then this should not be the case because you should be burning calories and losing fat. Just a side note: If you are trying to lose weight, you NEED to build muscle by doing some sort of regular weight/resistance training. It is the only true way to increase your metabolism as muscle is essentially the only thing in your body that burns calories. My point is, more muscle is a great thing... so don't just focus on cardio like the majority of people think you're supposed to do.
It probably won't build muscle to a huge extent, but it will lean out the muscles you already have.
It is already out
It will most likely take about a month before you will notice a difference in muscle tone after pregnancy, after various forms of abdominal exercise is followed. The time should be at least 20 minutes a day 3 - 5 times a week.
