yes - 8 spark plugs for a gas V8 engine
hello, i own a 99 Eddie Bauer and if they are the same motor which i think they are then your plugs are on top of your engine heads but below your coil packs. you will need to take the one screw out of your coil pack and your plugs are under them.
My #1 cylinder is miss firing, I'm thinking coil or plug? I don't know much about this car.
Yes.. all gasoline engines have spark plugs. In your case, yours has 8.
FOLLOW THE SPARK PLUG WIRES TO THE BLOCK. AND YOU WILL FIND YOUR PLUGS. A FEW OF THEM ARE HARD TO CHANGE BUT JUST PERSIST AND YOU'LL BE FINE
firewall 4 - 8 3 - 7 2 - 6 1 - 5 front
There is a petcock on the lower passenger side good for about five quarts from the radiator. There are Allen plugs on the lower rear sides of each cylinder bank for the rest of the coolant. Your passenger side plug may be under the starter motor.
Any auto parts store or Ford dealership. I would go to auto parts store its cheaper and they will also tell you the location of your spark plugs if that is what you ment.
Check the Vehicle Emission Control Information ( VECI ) decal located in the front of the engine compartment ( it will show what type of spark plugs to use and the spark plug gap )
It could have, Just count the spark plugs. 4 plugs= 4 cylinder 6 plugs= 6 cylinder 8 plugs= 8 cylinder
If the engine is a 5.4L then the spark plugs are underneath these long wire caps. They sit deep in the engine so be careful when changing you can easily get them crossthreaded. They don't have much thread that goes into the hole.
