Rather an impossible question to answer without a few more parameters! One would need to add something such as "a year in Canada", or "In the average Ontario high school" .
The closest I can get to answering this would be that most teens are not sentenced to jail immediately, unless the crime is very serious. (ex.Murder). A more typical sentence for offences such as shoplifting, assault, vandalism, drug possession etc etc would be a fine, probation, both or curfews/house arrest. If a youth (under 18) is sent to jail, he/ she would be sent to a centre for young offenders, not an adult institution.

It is difficult to provide an exact number of teens who turn to drugs each year as this can vary by location and population. However, studies estimate that millions of teenagers experiment with drugs each year, with the number increasing for certain substances like alcohol, marijuana, and prescription drugs. Early prevention and education programs are essential to address this issue.

There aren't too many requirements besides their shot updates and must not have been in jail in the past 2 months. That is the requirenment for most troubled teens schools.
I personaly believe that 190 teens in new gersy become pregnant each year. i wuz 1 of them.
The death rate among teens is much lower than that of infants and old people.
1.6 to 2 million people die every year from violence
