4 of the amendments have to do with voting:

1. age change to 18

2. no poll tax

3. any citizen can vote - women added

4. a male citizen can vote - race no longer an exclusion

The last amendment has to do with the pay of senators and representatives and; interestingly was first considered at the time of the bill of rights and not added at that time
