This question cannot be answered with just the starting weight. Weight Watchers points are calculated using present weight, gender, age, height, activity level and optionally if you're a nursing mother. To become a Weight Watchers member, a person weighing 125 pounds would have to be 5'5" or shorter and at 5'5" you would only have a maximum of 5 pounds to lose.

it depends on your age and how active you are. Also whether you are using weight watchers or weight watchers plus.

With plus you start out with 29 points and get more depending on age and activity. In addition you will get 49 bonus points a week.

you should have 18 points if you are not very active and if you are a little active you should have 20. if your job is very physical then you can have 22 points.

Hi I'm 5'3 and 142 and I get 26 points not 100% sure how it works. But my sister is 5'7 and 169 and she gets 30 points. Hope that helps
