What percentage of people are racist?
It depends entirely on the race being considered, i.e. how many people are racist towards Blacks vs. how many people are racist against Whites, what regions are considered, i.e. how many people are racist in the USA vs. how many people are racist in Europe, and how the regions are defined in magnitude, i.e. how many people are racist in South Carolina vs. how many people are racist in the USA.

Have white people always been racist?
Not all white people are racist, but for the ones who are, they haven't always been racist but learned the behavior. As for white people throughout history, racism has always existed and will always exist as long as people allow fear and ignorance to become of them. Keep in mind, all of that can be said for any one of any color or heritage and isn't exclusive to white people.

How many racist people live in the us?
The United States has about 300 million people, of whom approximately 200 million, or 2/3, are classified as white. Almost everybody is racist, at least in the US, so it depends to what degree of racism you're talking about. Assuming a moderate level of racism, maybe 15% of non-whites are racist and 85% of whites are racist. White Americans are probably the most racist people in the world. Anyway, this means that about 2/3 of the total population, or 200 million, racist people live in the United States.
Why isn't it racist to call people whites?
Some blacks are more racist than whites. Why do people ignore this?
Answer: I'm black and i agree. Most people ignore this because they don't want to be labeled as a racist. And society is still trying to make up for the years of slavery witch ended over a hundred years ago. Racism is still out there. Answer: People, and certainly most people, do not ignore this as it is brought up all the time. It is commonly used to distract from the fact that there are many white people who are still racist, and ironically, is used by many white people who are, in fact, racist.
