It is only possible to make a rough estimate, as the Book of Genesis is not entirely clear on this point. In The Bible, he came to Egypt as a young man, not even married, and very soon was recognised for his talents and made ruler over all Egypt. It would seem that the biblical Joseph was Prime Minister over Egypt for around eighty to ninety years.
