115 h.p. & 220 ft/lbs of torque. Emissions controls in 1977 had choked this engine from it's original 150 h.p. in 1972 to a pitiful 115 by 1977.

Right above the motor mounts on the 304 V8 engines there is a large casting mark that says 304.

yes. jeep stanardized bell housing bolt pattern in 71 i believe. just motor mounts and exhaust and radiator to worry about.

not very much, I would quess that probably not more than 1000lb total weight. maybe not even that much. The power is not an issue, Its the height and wheelbase of the jeep, Its very hairy to controll while being pushed from the rear.
