The 1993 Chevrolet S10 pickup was offered in three engine trims. The 2.8L 4-cylinder has a coolant capacity of at least 11.6-qts (quarts). The 2.8L 4-cylinder is 10.6-qts, and the 4.3L V6 is 12.2-qts.
Depends what parts. The 93 is first generation. The 03 is the second generation.
That depends on how much feet pounds of torque your engine produces.

around 40- 60 hours labour
you can but depending on the transmission model you might have to buy a different bell housing for it
yes there the same
No. Different generations of S10 altogether.
No.
There is a very small leak in the heater core that is collecting in the vent system and is evaporating out when you turn the heater on. The smell is from the antifreeze in the water.
If the engine size is the same, probably
You'd need to check the VIN of your 93 S10 against manufacturer records... 93 was the first model year that the 4L60E was put into use, but some of the earlier 93 models still used the 700R4. If it came with a 4L60E, the 99 4L60E should work.. if it came with a 700R4, making the swap to a 4L60E will be a bit more complicated.
