Though a thirteen year old can be very self-contious about themselves, being healthy is the most important thing to worry about. Body-type, growth pattern, medical history, and the developmental state of your body all are different factors in how much you should weigh. The best thing to do is to ask your doctor.

I'm 13 also and is about the same height. I went to the doctor a few days ago and while I did he checked if I was average on weight. I weighed 99 which is exactly average so about 100 would be a good weight.
