Vegetarianism is a broad category, which includes various different versions. Some vegetarians do consume dairy products such as milk and cheese, which are a good source of calcium. Stricter forms of vegetarianism may indeed result in a diet that is deficient in calcium, although in such cases it is certainly possible to take a calcium supplement such as a dolomite pill, or an oyster shell pill. I would add that nobody COMPLETELY lacks calcium. Anyone who has a skeleton has some amount of calcium, and that includes everybody who is alive.
The Dietary Reference Intake (DRI) for calcium for both men and women is 1300 mg for age 18 and younger, 1000 mg for ages 19-50, and 1200 mg for age 51 and up.
according to me a vegetarian should eat lots of grains ,milk, beans, soya bean to get proteins.green vegetables to get calcium
There are plenty of nutrients in a vegetarian diet. Eat vegetarian foods rich in iron, protein, calcium and vitamin B12.

Not a vegetarian. They eat mainly vegetarian food, but they eat meat occasionally.
celery, they love it
No, but there are vegetarian alternatives.
40% of calcium. Don't eat chicken, banana, or egg. EAT YOGURT! But, eat more yogurt to get more calcium. You can still eat chicken, banana, or egg. This is just my opinion, it's your choice.
Non Vegetarian food such as meat, fish, etc. A pure vegetarian does not even eat egg.
You might crave chicken but if you eat it you are not a vegetarian anymore. Try vegetarian "fake chicken".
