Impossible question to answer. Too much depends on what the problem is and how much time, labor and parts it needs to repair it. THese costs vary widely aaccording to the area of the country or even waht nation you are asking from. Suffice it to say, it is probably going to be expensive.
you cannot change the CLUTCH on an AUTOMATIC transmission. wow
Yes, that is possible. But you would need a donor car in order to have all the parts necessary. Otherwise the cost of doing this would be astronomical. My advice is to sell the Honda with an automatic transmission and buy a Honda with a manual transmission.
Likely your transmission is dying. Google "odyssey transmission" and you will find lots of reports about problems with 2000- 2004 Odyssey transmissions. If you are persistent enough, Honda might help some with the repair.
Use only genuine Honda ATF-Z1 automatic transmission fluid in the A/T. Do not use any substitute or hard shifting will be the result.
Automatic transmission, correct? The fluid is added through the dipstick tube, and you need a funnel to pull it off.
just a tad under 3qts. 2.4-2.9qts, to be most accurate.
Not sure I understand the question. There are only two transmissions offered, as far as I know, - a manual transmission and an automatic transmission, and the dfferences are obvious.

1,000 to 2000 depending on condition of engine
The Honda Odyssey van automatic transmission is rated as one of the worst lemon problems in the history of the automotive industry. A senior Honda technician told me there was at least one year in the early 2000's where not a single van made 100,000 on its original transmission. Every year since the inception of the Odussey, Honda claimed they fixed this problem. Lates attempt? Unknown if it is fixed.
How many quarts of automatic transmission fluid does the 2001 Toyota Avalon automatic transmission hold?
