None. Fresh curry leaves are not related in any way to curry powder. Curry powder is a ground blend of different spices, not including the fresh leaf of the curry tree. There is really no good substitute for fresh curry leaves in a recipe. You could use basil leaves, but the flavor and aroma will be quite different.
Curry powder and curry leaf are two different things and have nothing to do with each other. Curry leaf is not a typical ingredient in commercial curry powders. These two things are not at all interchangeable. Commercial curry powder is usually made of a number of spices like turmeric, coriander, cumin, fennel, fenugreek, cloves, chili, etc. A curry leaf is just a leaf used in some dishes; it doesn't taste anything like curry powder.
Curry powder is not a substitute for dried or fresh curry leaves. Curry leaves are not in any of the curry powders. Curry powder is a mix of spices such as turmeric, coriander and garam masala. As far as I've been able to tell there is not a good substitute for curry leaves. You can add bay leaves, basil or lime leaves, but it changes the flavor. If you can't find curry leaves locally check an online Indian store.
Curry Powder and Curry leaves are different Curry powder is a blend of various spices (Turmeric, red chilli, coriander seeds are the main spices and other spices are added as well) Curry leaves are used Fresh and are added to enhance flavor of any dish
Curry leaves are green. There are best used fresh, but have a short shelf life and do not keep well in the refrigerator but can be frozen. Dried curry leaves have a inferior flavour

Moringa leaf powder is a dark green powder with a strong nutty aroma. This powder is made by drying moringa leaves at a low temperature until the plant tissue has turned into a fine powder. After that, the powder is tested for contaminants before being manufactured into capsules and packed in bags.
Thai Curry uses a lot of fresh herbs as oppose to Indian Curry that uses more spices. I prefer Thai Curry as it's more aromatic and less pungent than Indian Curry. Indian Curry though is like giving a punch of flavor in your mouth. Both are equally good.
Appx. 2 teaspoons, but nothing substitutes well for fresh garlic and the garlic powder flavor can't compete with fresh garlic.
i think equal. Experiment!
a quarter of a cup
Probably four, but I could be wrong.
normally people dry herbs so that they can be stored for long periods of time without molding that and they can be ground into a powder
You are free to spice your food as you wish. Some people just like to use salt and black pepper. I have sometimes used a mixture of ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise, which works very nicely for some dishes. You can use barbecue sauce (which comes in many different varieties) if you like. Experiment with seasoning and find out what tastes good to you.
