Junior MI-5 Agents start at around £20,000 minimum then go onto £23,000 upwards in the first few years depending on how good they are. Pay packets increase significantly the longer a person's employment time and the higher the rank. Those at the very top of the organisation may even receive hundreds of thousands. Similar to CID & the Metropolitan Police really. This doesn't include benefits and/or bonuses. There are also calls for there to be a rise in wages for agents in the near future. Hope that helped
